In-store Livestock Guarantee:
We do not offer refunds on any livestock once you leave our store. We do our very best to make sure that ALL fish are properly taken care of and are as healthy as possible. ALL our fish systems are treated with maintained therapeutic levels of Cupramine and/or Nitrofurazone to limit an existing or spread of illness. When you purchase any livestock from us, it is reasonable to assume that by all our best efforts, it is possible you may receive a fish that may be ill. It is your discretion and responsibility to make an educated choice in choosing livestock. It is always a best practice to quarantine any new fish, corals, or inverts to protect your display tank.
Shipped Livestock Guarantee:
We take great pride in the care of our livestock. We promise to only ship healthy livestock to prevent any incidents of DOA (Dead on Arrival). In the rare instance that you do receive a DOA, we will need a CLEAR picture of any DOA items within 2 hours of delivery time. It is also possible that we may ask you to ship back the DOA to receive full credit.
With this being said, our policy guarantees that if you receive a DOA:

Any orders cancelled prior to being shipped will only be credited for 1 year from purchase date or refunded with a 20% restocking fee.
